Mills-Tui Limited aims to ensure customers receive the correct products in good condition. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photographs if the goods are damaged.

Once reviewed, Mills-Tui may arrange to:

  • replace the product
  • repair the product
  • provide a refund where appropriate.

Freight Damage

All deliveries should be inspected upon arrival.

Any freight damage must be reported within 2 working days of delivery so that a claim can be lodged with the freight carrier.

Incorrectly Ordered Parts

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct part or product is selected when placing an order.

Mills-Tui may accept returns of incorrectly ordered goods at its discretion, provided that:

  • the goods are unused
  • the goods are in original condition and packaging
  • the return request is made within 10 working days of delivery.

Freight costs for change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered items are the responsibility of the customer.

A restocking fee may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • specially ordered items
  • custom or non-stock products
  • items that have been installed, used, or modified.

Mills-Tui will advise the return process if the return is approved.
