Mills-Tui Limited ships parts and products throughout New Zealand. Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders placed through the website are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received for non-account holders.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

If there is any issue with your order or product availability, Mills-Tui will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable freight and courier providers.

The delivery method may vary depending on:

  • product size
  • product weight
  • delivery location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout where available.

For some items or locations, freight may need to be calculated separately. If this occurs, Mills-Tui will contact you before dispatch to confirm the freight cost.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • rural delivery addresses
  • oversized items
  • bulk orders.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:

  • North Island: 1–3 working days
  • South Island: 2–4 working days

Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to freight carrier schedules or circumstances beyond Mills-Tui’s control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Mills-Tui is not responsible for delivery delays or additional freight charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Responsibility

Delivery is considered complete when the goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Where a courier provides Authority to Leave (ATL) or similar delivery arrangements, the customer accepts responsibility once the goods are delivered.

Freight Damage

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any freight damage must be reported to Mills-Tui within 2 working days of delivery so that a claim can be made with the freight carrier.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment.

While Mills-Tui will assist in resolving freight issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers or events outside our control.

International Shipping

At this time, Mills-Tui primarily ships within New Zealand.
